As Freya and I were sat chatting we spoke about CV19 and the changes it's made to her life, we spoke about the NHS and about the £5 for 5k exercise challenge she has already completed.

As a family we've sadly been effected by the virus and Freya wanted to find a way of donating her own savings whilst raising more money for those caring for CV19 patients.

Freya has always had a passion for cycling and has been clocking up her miles since lockdown.  She wants to take on a challenge for the NHS to ride 20 miles (32k) within a few hours and reach a £100 target.
