I am George Ibbotson and I am 9 years old. Recently I have been asking if I could donate some of my pocket money to charity. After talking with mum and dad they explained to me that another way to provide funds for charities was to set yourself a challenge and receive donations for completing this. I decided that I would push myself to complete a marathon in a week (with my dad coming along for company). 

Mum and dad spoke to me about different charities and the people that would benefit from my donation. Louie was included in this list and in the end I decided that I wanted to "donate to the young lad on the village" 

I will be running the miles between Monday 27th April 2020 and Sunday 3rd May. 

All donations however small are greatly received.
