Since I started working in the whole of Devon and Cornwall, I have been touched by the amount of fundraising my team have done for South West Childrens Hospice. Then I was taken to visit both hospices, one in Cornwall and one in North Devon, and I was overwhelmed by the amazing work they do for children that are sadly very ill and their families. This is also about ensuring that families have access to hospice care in remote communities and don't have to travel 100's of miles outside the two counties. So when i was asked to give up my Friday to be locked up for the day for my crimes, then I thought it was for a very worthy cause.

Please note I am also running the Great west Run on the 15th October which your funds will also be used as an incentive to beat my PB on that run as I didnt want to ask for sponsorship twice. So if you dont think this is a big enough challenge for me please consider this to!

Oh and I know you would all prefer me to stay in prison to get some peace and quiet but please consider my poor dog Rocco waiting for his walk he really needs his Mom, and Chris will have to live on microwave meals as he really doesnt cook!

Please give whatever you can afford and HSBC will match it £ for £!
