Always happy to support a good cause - and this is one of the best.
It is run by unpaid volunteers who have all been diagnosed with breast cancer. I am so impressed with the work they do that I'm dedicating my retirement plan to them this year. Here's the plan...... as you can see it invovles quite a lot of needless pain, so I'd like to put it to good use!

January - Victoria Park, London - half marathon

February - Belvoir Challenge - 15 mile trail run

March - Paris half marathon

April - City of Birmngham half marathon - Sutton Park

May - Chillington Hall half marathon - off road

June - Shrewsbury half marathon

July -  Birmingham and Black Country half marathon

August - Race the Train - Wales - a 14 mile trail run with extra mud

September - Robin Hood half marathon, Nottingham

October - Birmingham marathon

November - Shakespeare half marathon and a Wolf Run - oooowww!

December - Lanzarote marathon

So please help me to support Sutton Coldfield Breast Friends, so they  can  continue giving practical and emotional support to people who have  had a diagnosiis of breast cancer.
