Hi my name is Henry Baker and I’m 6 nearly 7 years old. 

The last year for everyone has been terrible yet I’ve been so lucky to be healthy and have my mum, dad and little brother around me everyday. But other children need a lot of help just to get through a day and that makes me so sad. Rainbows is a charity that my Grandma donates to and when I heard what they do for families with children who are poorly I knew I wanted to do something to help just like captain Tom.

So I've set myself the challenge of running a mile every day in January to raise some money for this amazing charity.
