When Hand in Hand started we made a bold promise that every pound we receive will go directly to our project partners' transformational work. Unlike many other charities, we knew that the 100% promise was core to who we are and who we would become. 

To be able to do this, we work hard to cover the support structure costs of our UK office, which includes everything from staff salaries to office systems to rent and supplies. We strive to do this in a number of ways including the generous support from key partners and trust, gifts in kind and using Gift Aid (25p in every £1) claimed on gifts.
