This year’s Hilly 50k returns to its traditional start at Ryka's Cafe at the foot of Box Hill and includes a challenging 1,000 metres of Surrey Hills climbing in just 30 miles. Please ride on Saturday 7^th May or any day in your own time, and most importantly, donate generously to St Raphael’s Hospice, a cause close to Mike Morley’s heart.
