John and I are so blessed, with the prospect of a new life together ahead of us.

We and our children have everything we need and
more. So we ask that instead of giving presents you make a donation to Tiyeni, a charity that helps alleviate starvation and poverty in Malawi through sustainable farming methods. 

John has a heart for Malawi, having taken a number of expeditions there in the 1980s: it's where he fell in love with Africa.  We now have the pleasure of knowing Albert, himself from Malawi, who is studying at the University of Worcester. He comes from a family of subsistence farmers. His brothers beat him for his audacity to want to further his education and when the opportunity came they beat him again because they were deprived of food to pay for his uniform. He believes that It is a miracle that he has come to England to study. 

We think it is a miracle that we have found love and hope again. With your help we would like Tiyeni to make more miracles happen and bring life and hope to some of the poorest people in the world as it helps them to help themselves.
