My name is William, I'm six years old and I'm from a village near Rotherham.

I have to go to hospital a lot because I have epilepsy.

I have other things that make me poorly and I can only walk a little bit and I can't see out of my right eye.

I love Disney a lot and to give me a rest from all my hospital visits my mummy has got the charity Caudwell Children to take us to Disney World, in Florida. 

Mummy, says it will be really safe because they take lots of doctors and nurses on the trip and they will be able to look after me.

Not long ago I had a stroke and mummy is happy that the doctors will be on the holiday with us.    

There are only 25 other families going with us so we were really lucky to be picked.

The charity also take 40 people to help the families get around the theme parks and my daddy says that will be a real help.

Because of all this help it costs a lot of money to take everyone on the holiday. Daddy says it costs £12,000 for each family so we're all fundraising to try to pay some of the costs.   

My favourite Disney character is Mickey Mouse and I'm really excited about meeting him in person.

I can't talk but I know I'll smile a lot when I see him. 

It will be a good holiday for mummy and daddy because they have to take me to all my hospital visits and I think they need a rest.
