A lot of charities are having a difficult time right now, especially the local hospices. With reduced staffing levels, cancelled fundraising events and additional costs of the necessary health and safety supplies and PPE to contend with, they don't know what the next few months will look like. They do such a fantastic job taking care of those we love so let's do something for them. 

I saw a campaign called 100 miles in May and thought hey I could do that! A few miles every day - I could raise money for the local hospices and get fit too!  So no pressure but if you can contribute a couple of pennies I will ensure the funds we raise are provided to the Friends of the Sussex Hospices and help spread our support to all of the hospices working hard in Sussex!
