This is Jack and he is my great-nephew.  He's 5 years old and he is undiagnosed - he needs 24 x 7 care.  He goes to Ty Gobaith for respite, which gives my niece valuable time to rejuvenate and spend some quality time with her other son.  Hope House & Ty Gobaith provide care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from North and Mid Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.  Although it is a hospice, Ty Gobaith is a friendly, happy place so we have decided to do something fun to celebrate the amazing service it provides and hopefully raise some much needed funds.
