We are taking part and raising money for the Great North Air Ambulance because each year they save thousands of lives and they do this without government funding. 

 

Our plan was to take part in Tough Mudder but when I proposed this to a team of ladies, not surprisingly, running through mud and being electrocuted, didn't take their fancy. Plan B; Stockton Duathlon commenced. We are going to bring the team together and work as one to raise money in the Duathlon by completing a 5k run, 20k cycle and 2.5k run. Now this may not seem hard to some however for 6 people who consider typing on their keyboard at work as part of their daily exercise routine, then this is going to be a toughy!
