The Royal British Legion

We provide a lifetime of care and support to the UK Armed Forces and their families

Charity Registration No. 219279

Story

The Royal British Legion is a vitally important charity offering support and care for serving and former members of the British Armed Forces and their families. At a time of significant budget cuts it's need is greater than ever as with an ageing population, many elderly veterans and their families simply get forgotton about. The RBL is there to support them when there is simply no one left who cares.

This will be the 5th annual match hosted by the National Rifle Association and held at the National Shooting Centre, Bisley, Surrey. On Saturday 3 September 16 up to 96 competitors will take part in a series of snap and rapid fire practices at ranges from 100 back to 600 yards. The aim of the match is to have some fun and raise money for the individuals and families of those that have served in the defence of our country. Please support those taking part in the match and spread the word amongst your friends and families. Last year we raised over £14000 not including gift aid, the target this year is another £10000.

We thank you for your support.
