Fundraising for Protection Approaches
Story
Covid-19 has not only impacted the physical and mental health of individuals, it has also impacted local communities from a social inclusion and solidarity perspective.
Outbreaks create fear, and fear is a key ingredient for racism and other forms of identity based discrimination to thrive.
I personally know a number of people who have recently suffered racist abuse linked to Covid-19.
I would like to raise money to support educational workshops to help equip the next generation of London school children with the understanding they need to reject all forms of identity based violence.
Challenge
I will be attempting the "Handstand T-shirt Challenge". You can see an example of the Spider-man actor Tom Holland doing this:

I will upload a video of myself doing this the earlier of (a) when the fund raising reaches £2000 or (b) by the end of June (I need to get back in to shape given I am only just recovered from Covid-19 myself).
