Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our just giving page

The prevalence of Huntington's disease is 1 person in every 10,000 people with the inheritance rate of 50% chance. Unfortunately our family is a part of of that statistic.

For those unsure what Huntington's Disease is it is, it’s a neurodegenerative disorder that affects cognitive and motor ability. It’s a type of Alzheimer’s with the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Both brothers, Bryn and Lloyd have Huntington's disease.

There is currently no cure and in the past there has not been any advice offered to those suffering the disease. However, recently hard work and the surge in funding has revealed potential cures and treatments.

Your generosity and donations will go towards further research conducted by Huntington's Association.

Thank you very much, all the support is much appreciated.
