Mae Iago a Tomos wedi penderfynu cerdded yr Welsh 3000 sef 14 copa mewn 24 awr yng nghanol Gorffennaf er mwyn codi arian at achos sy'n agos iawn at eu calonnau sef Ward Alaw. Cafodd Sian, mam Iago, ofal arbennig yno wrth frwydo salwch creulon aeth a hi o'r byd yma llawer rhy buan. Mae Elin, mam Tomos, yn parhau i gael triniaeth a gofal a Ward Alaw. Fel arwydd o'u gwerthfawrogiad ac, yn bennaf oll, er cof am Sian mae'r ddau yn awyddus i godi arian i'r ward. Mae'r ddau hefyd yn diolchgar iawn i Gareth Patchett, cyn athro chwaraeon Iago a Tomos am ei arweiniad fyny y copau a'i gefnogaeth.  

Iago and Tomos have decided to walk the Welsh 3000 which is 14 peaks in 24 hours in mid July to raise money for a cause that is very close to their hearts which is Alaw Ward. Sian, Iago's mum, was given special care when battling  Cancer who left us far too early. Elin, Tomos's mother, continues to receive treatment and care at Alaw Ward. As a sign of their appreciation and, above all, in memory of Sian both are keen to raise money for the ward. Both are also very grateful to Gareth Patchett, their former Sports Teacher for his guidance in preparation for the challenge.
