Having completed a small amount of half marathons, I decided it is finally time to take on the challenge of a full marathon before my body tells me that I'm over the hill! Fundraising for such a well known charity will make the day (hopefully I will finish within a day!) more worthwhile as others can benefit from the donations. Help for Heroes is the chosen charity of JCI Barnsley for 2012. Over the course of 2012 the proceeds of various fundraising events add up meaning together we can make a difference.
