So as Lou passed one milestone  in her road to getting better, we hit the road and did over 80 miles in one hour on the hottest day of the year 🥵✅💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ 🐶 Big shout out to Lauren who managed nearly 3 miles whilst one week overdue! 🤰🏻
