Story

InsideJapan Tours are Japan experts, but they are definitely not athletes....so why have they all decided to run half marathons on both sides of the big pond?!

Bristol based InsideJapan are passionate about Japan, which is why exactly six months to the day since the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit the northern Tohoku region (March 11th), they are taking the part in the Bristol half marathon (September 11th). Not to feel left out, Mat Eccles in the US office will also be joining in the half marathon efforts, running the Boulder half marathon in Colorado (September 5th) to complete the global team effort.

Having already raised more than £22,000 for their chosen charity Civic Force, InsideJapan Tours are keen to continue raising money for this Japanese volunteer group and to raise awareness of the ongoing plight of this small corner of Japan.

The Japan experts hope that you can support the efforts of the Samurai Striders and Wasabi Warriors who are putting themselves through a little bit of pain in support of the wonderful people of Japan.
Ganbaro!!!
