Story

Hi guys. If you don't already know me I'm Laura-a Travel, Food and Lifestyle blogger over at www.insidelaurashead.com

I'm working with Teenage Cancer Trust and a group of other bloggers to do their Party Hard, Train Harder challenge of 10,000 steps a day through the whole of January. The challenge aims to help us to counterbalance the effects of too much alcohol and food in December and start the new year fitter, healthier and feeling better, whilst raising some money to help teenagers with cancer. I can't think of a better reason to do this.

It's going to be very difficult for me to hit 10,000 steps a day, especially in the cold weather-as a self employed blogger and photographer most of my days are spent at my desk at home. But at the beginning of January I have a dog I can borrow to get me started, and the rest of the month I'll have to crack on and push myself. My fitbit is on charge, we have a Facebook group to encourage each other and I've primed some trusted friends to kick me if I'm not walking enough. And you can help too!

I need sponsors, in order to raise as much money as possible for Teenage Cancer Trust. Please give what you can-every £1 counts, and please do tick the giftaid box if you're a taxpayer. This gets an extra 28p per £1 for the charity without costing you anything.

Thank you.
