I really want to help people with heart conditions like my Daddy. I'm so thankful for his Doctors and Nurses for helping my daddy survive! If he didn't have that heart operation he would be dead! So i want to try and get lots of money to help people like my Daddy. Thank you. Issabella Rose xx

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
