Story

Hi everyone,

Jack Grealish here, thanks for checking out my fundraising page.

I'm holding a raffle to raise money for the NHS. Anyone that enters will have a chance to win a very special signed matchday shirt. The shirt I'm donating for the cause is the one I wore in the 0-1 win against Birmingham City at St Andrews in which I scored the winning goal!

Everyone knows how important that match was to me! This was a big win against our rivals and also continued our march towards promotion.

I'm delighted to donate this prize to raise money to benefit NHS Charities Together/Association of NHS Charities.

To be in with a chance to win all you have to do is donate a minimum of £10 and a winner will be chosen at random next Sunday at 7pm and announced on my Instagram @jackgrealish

For every £10 you donate you will receive an entry into the raffle, so a £20 donation would get you two entries & a £50 donation would get you 5 entries and so on.

Make sure you’re logged into Just Giving when you donate and select 'I'm happy to share my contact details' so I can contact you if you win. Good luck!

Up The Villa.

Jack
