I was inspired by Lucy Waters story, Lucy completed this challenge last year and managed to raise £5000 for the East Cheshire Hospice, what she accomplished was incredible. East Cheshire Hospice do amazing work and provide people with invaluable support, one being a friend of mine that I work with and I would love to help give something back so that they can continue to do so. The company I work for organise/take part in a lot of fundraising events as we try to play our part in the wider community so it's nice to know I will have some company from colleagues in some of my events.
Below is the list of events that I have searched and put together:
January
1. Holme Pierrepont 6-hour challenge - this is a 3 mile course with the option to run as far as you can for 6 hours (I'm aiming for a marathon)
February
2. Great North Half Marathon (Blackpool)

3. Liverpool Half Marathon

5. Alderley Edge 5k
6. Manchester 10k

7. Climbing Tryfan mountain
8. Wirral trial half marathon

14. Hell Runner Up North - this is half marathon with natural obstacles like swamps/hills/lakes

17. Derby 10 mile

18. Run a total of 100km in December (20x5ks)
Anything you would be willing to donate would be so gratefully received, this is going to be a tough challenge for me to complete as a lot of the events are well beyond my usual comfort zone, especially the swimming events as I'm a terrible swimmer, but I'm super determined to complete every challenge.
