Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a terminal condition, causing progressive muscle wasting from a young age.  Having seen its impact first hand, I want to raise money towards finding a cure for my buddy and all the other children and young men living with this condition.  Over the next 18 months I will take part in a number of events, hopefully ending with the London Marathon in 2019.  So far, the events I have entered are:

18 February 2018 - Llanelli half marathon

25 March 2018 - Cardiff Bay 10k

15 April 2018 - Great Welsh half marathon

29 April 2018 - Newport 10k

03 June 2018 - Barry triathlon

24 June 2018 - Swansea half marathon

13/14/15 July 2018 - Tenby long course weekend

5 August 2018 - Barry Island 10k

8 September 2018 - Saundersfoot Triathlon

7 October 2018 - Cardiff half marathon

2019 will hopefully include a half iron man, full iron man and the London marathon.
