Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Please donate anything you can spare to help me raise money to help Beat Bowel Cancer.

My Wife Sarah has lost her Mum Linda (53), Younger Brother Anthony (34) and Grand-Father Jon to this horrible disease during the last few years.

I have seen first hand how each of them coped with living with Cancer, and the amazing strength, dignity and grace they showed. It takes loved ones away from us unfairly and far too early.

The Puddy's and Symes' were a very large and close knit family that let me into their lives. They were beautiful people (See photos below) who enriched mine and my children's lives and are sorely missed every single day.

I will be proud to run further than I have ever run before, in their memory and for a charity that aims to one day find a cure.

You can now text a donation from as little as £1.

I have been a keen runner for some-time but since giving up smoking over a year ago have really improved all my times and just completed the Cardiff Half in 1hr 39m. I am hoping to complete London 2018 in well under 4 hours, and would like to do something good while doing so.

To show how much I am willing to do, I am even GOING TO WEAR RED!! all the way round the course. I am a massive Everton FC fan and I never wear red. :)
