I moved to Thailand 18 monnths ago to change my life, i weighed 235kg and im now down to 100kg.I feel the people and the kingdon of Thailand have helped me change my life and to get my health back again. 

I came across 4LifeThailand, and i felt that i could relate to this charity in some ways as for the past 3 years i have had a family member who is unable to walk without the aid of a stick due to a body tremer.

After seeing and reading about the amazing work 4LifeThailand does for these amazing children i decided to create the James Mason Bike A Thon 4Life event.
