Just under a year ago I lost my Dad to Motor Neurone Disease.

It is impossible to put into words the overwhelming and devastating nature of a disease which in 6 months turned my Dad, an active man with a passion for life into someone totally dependent on others for the simplest actions we all take for granted.

On Sep 17th I will be completing the Three Peaks Open Challenge in 24 hours for this worthy cause.
