After competing in a couple of shorter distance Triathlons last year i thought i would really push myself to the limit and compete in an Ironman - Swim 2.4 miles, Bike 112 miles and finish with a Marathon!

For me its the ultimate test of mental and physical endurence and therefore i believe its worthy of sponsorship.

The great work that the Macmillan charity does is why i felt i couldnt pick a better charity.  Cancer effects everyone throughout their lives and Macmillan are there through thick and thin.
