Key Changes Music Therapy provides support to people of all ages, to help them work through emotional issues to help them to cope better with their lives.

After a hefty health issue in 2012, which affected my body quite a bit,  I was feeling very frustrated. During the time I was off work, a friend asked me to record a line of vocals for him, which kickstarted me into doing my own recordings, and then performing. I'd lost touch with my musical side over the years and this was just the therapy I needed. Music has changed my life for the better!

The shave will be taking place on Sunday, 30 August at 2pm at The Art House Cafe in Southampton. Once it's done, I'll be busking till 5pm to raise even more funds.

If my hair is long enough, I hope to donate it to The Little Princess Trust, who make wigs for children who have lost their's.
