We've joined together to raise money for Brighter Futures Radiotherapy Appeal so that Cancer Patients at Great Western Hospital can receive radiotherapy treatment in Swindon. At the moment they face a daily 70 mile round trip to Oxford for weeks on end. (From Grafton patients face an exhausting 90 mile round trip). That means hours spent travelling for a treatment which often only last 15 minutes.

Our Team consists of: Iain Adamson, Tara Adamson, Susie Brew,  Tim Brew, Jane Goldstein, Neil Goldstein, Jane Leighton, Caroline Pearson, Lara Ross, Tamara Reay, Mark Stone, Hayley Thomas, Annie Whitcher, Jan Marlow, Victoria Lewis and Ben Lewis.

On Saturday 15th September, we will be hiking around the beautiful Grafton Parish Boundary. We will soldier on for 25km up and down the downs. We hope that our efforts will help mean cancer patients don't have to face such a long trek to receive treatment in the future.

We really do appreciate any sized donation. £5 or £500 will be very welcome! The appeal has now raised £2.5 million!! So Brighter Futures are edging closer and closer to their £2.9 million goal thanks to all you amazing people.
