Between July 18th and July 25th this year I will be cycling from Woodley in Reading to Coventry.

I'm riding over 100 miles as a symbolic "journey home" to raise money for a charity close to my heart called Hope and Vision Communities. It provides supported, move-on accommodation for people who have successfully completed residential rehabilitation. It allows the real recovery to continue back in the community with the encouragement of those who understand. None of us can do this alone, and the support of Hope and Vision Communities has been invaluable to my own recovery and new life.

A donation to Hope & Vision Communities will help other men continue their journeys of recovery in fellowship and community. It can be the difference between recovery or relapse, and it can save lives.
