Hi guys, thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the All Stars Ice Hockey Weekend in Cardiff in July, raising money for Breast Cancer Care.

I have set myself two challenges, both of which will require a lot of hard work.

Last year I ran 10K in full ice hockey (minus skate & stick) and completed it in 1H 27M!
I am taking part again this year, and I want to smash my previous time.

My 2nd challenge is huge and I don't know anyone who has attempted it. I will be cycling from Brecon to Cardiff in full ice hockey kit.. that's right, full kit! It's roughly 60 miles, so as you can imagine it will be extremely difficult.

I will also be growing my beard until the tournament. Last time I shaved was in November. 9 months without shaving. People can guess how long it will be before I shave it off, there will be a cash prize for the winner. More details to follow shortly.
