Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Since creating this page and writing description below, unfortunately my father has passed away. He passed on the 19/02/2018. Now it is more important to me that I raise money and help others suffering. I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone.
My Dad is currently suffering from three different types of cancer. One in his throat, his lungs and his kidneys. On top of this he is diabetic and has Emphysema. My Dad, to my sister and I, is a hero. Like every Dad is to their children. He is kind, thoughtful, caring and hilarious. He is the main reason I am putting myself in the ring.
My Dad,s father, my Grandad, also died of lung cancer. His first lot of therapy left him rather poorly, but had killed the cancer. Unfortunately, less than half a year later, the cancer came back in full force and spread to his skin, blood and brain. He died on the 9th November 2008.
So, this is for my Grandad and my Dad. Two of the greatest men I have ever known. Win or loose in that ring, I know I will be fighting for them against cancer. I am here to help kick cancers butt!!
