As dancing (badly) suits me better than running/swimming/cycling etc., I have arranged for my friends in L.A.P. to play a gig at The Lord Raglan in the City of London on Saturday 3 June and decided to "donate" my 40th birthday party to Maytree, a wonderful organisation which provides a sanctuary for people who are feeling suicidal. I'd be grateful if those friends who are coming along to my party (and anyone else who is feeling charitable) would donate at least £10 to Maytree instead of giving me any kind of gift. It is a small charity, so your donations really make a difference.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
