We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

On the September  1st 2021 I will be walking a marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. I will be joining Jeff Stelling (Sky Sports Soccer Saturday host) on his quest to complete his ‘March For Men Marathon Walking Challenge’ - his fourth multi-marathon walking challenge for Prostate Cancer UK. Jeff will be joined by fellow pundits, celebrities, managers and football fans who’ll walk 4 marathons in 4 days.

We’ll be putting football rivalries aside to tackle prostate cancer once and for all. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. It’s a disease which kills one man every 45 minutes – that’s two men during a football match. But Prostate Cancer UK know that we can turn it around. Their aim is to make this a disease the next generation need not fear.

Having a family member that is currently going through treatment for prostate cancer not only does it effect that family member it effects the whole family and friends. Doing this I’m hoping I can raise awareness and help fight this horrible disease

So I’m doing this for him

Any support will be greatly appreciated

Thank you
