We provide dedicated care and support to Sheffield people with terminal illness

Story

I will be running the Paris Marathon on Sunday 14 April 2019,  in order to raise money for St Luke's - Sheffield Hospice.

St'Luke's care for people aged 18 and above throughout Sheffield who have a terminal illness. They aim to control their symptoms, alleviate pain and give them the best quality of life. Not only this, but they also provide dedicated support to the family and friends who have to watch their loved ones go through some of the most challenging times of their lives - and they do all of this, free of charge!

This charity is very close to my heart and I am sure that most people who read this will know someone that has been effected in some way by a terminal illness, and if not, can appreciate the amazing support that a hospice like St Luke's provide.

Please donate as much or as little as you would like. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for helping me trying to reach my target!

About the charity

St Luke’s is an independent charity caring for terminally ill adults and their loved ones across Sheffield. Each year, we care for around 1,900 patients most of whom are cared for in their own home by our Specialist Palliative Care Community team.
