JCW Fitness is a local Fitness business, offering fitness classes to people in North London (Muswell Hill and Alexandra Park). We are actually based in the community and use various venues such as schools and church halls. We take pride in our level of service and take pride in our high standards, high quality teaching and the best custoner care. We know all our class members' names and aim to help them all reach their goals! We don't ask members to sign contracts, instead we offer flexible and very reasonable monthly options.

Given that we are a local business and are based in the community, this year we wanted to help another local organisation, which is why we picked the North London Hospice. Everyone who has ever had cause to go there sings their praises - their care and compassion is clear and they offer an absoutely amazing service to North London.

Our Fitness Charity Event will be held on Sunday 30th September at Fortismere School, Tetherdown, N10 1NE 11.00am - 1.00pm. There will be 6 mini 15 minute classes which you can either mix and match or do them all. These will be Fit Toned & fabulous, Boxercise, Circuits, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga. There will be a 5 minute Tango display at the end too. We'll have a raffle too so bring your purse!
