Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Some of you may know my dear mother in law Pat (in the photo) was diagnosed with dementia back in 2018. 

As a family it’s something we have never experienced -It’s affected us all in different ways. We could never have imagined the intensity, the all-consuming and frightening experience and the complexity of trying to get the right information and the right professionals involved as well as the very personal and varying affects it had on the family. But we know we are not alone; many families are facing challenges and day to day stress following the diagnosis of a loved one.

I have decided to raise money to support Alzheimer’s Research UK in their effort to learn more and research this terrible disease.
