I plan to do all 17 sessions that my pilates teacher Carolyn takes in a week including 12 pilates classes, 4 aquafit sessions and 1 strength and stability class - phew!
All young people should have the chance to take part in recreational activities; to have fun, to keep fit, to meet others, and to extend their learning experiences in ways that they might never have considered or had opportunity for previously.
I have been lucky enough to try all sorts of things in my life, and thought I might just challenge myself a bit more by shadowing my pilates teacher throughout her week, and raising some money whilst doing it. Please help me to raise as much as I can for STAR and encourage me in my efforts!
I will be stretching, sweating and panting during the week 14th - 20th April.
