We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

This years events have had a huge impact on our mental health, and it’s therefore no surprise that sadly the number of male (and female) suicides in the past have crept up once again.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.

During this second lockdown myself and 8 other lovely individuals at Pro-Recruitment Group; Bex English, Maisie Horrell, Kev Racher, Ash Polak, Dominic Watt, Chris Davey, Tom Eagle and George Tatnell are aiming to run 100k each to raise money and awareness for CALM, and hopefully improving our own mental state at the same time!

We all appreciate this is a financially tough year for everyone, but if you can spare any money to donate we would all be so grateful!!

Love from us all xxx
