Story

My friend Ilana Epstein has convinced me to take part in the Aims2Cure "54 Mile London to Brighton Indoor Cycle" on 19th January.

This cycle will be quite a challenge considering I am 56, overweight and a borderline diabetic. However, I have bought some large padded shorts and plenty of anti-chafing cream in order to get me through the ordeal.

Aims2Cure is a wonderful charity that raises money to help fund research into finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.  For further information please visit www.aims2cure.org.uk.

I appreciate, that like me, you are overwhelmed with requests for sponsorship, but any amount will help me reach my target (and hopefully enable me at the same time to get more fit).

Thank you ever so much in advance.

Regards

Jeremy
