Isabelle has come on tremendously since being diagnosed 18 months ago with a congenital heart disease. After having open heart surgery last year it opened my eyes up to the amazing work of Leeds children's hospital and the support the children's heart surgery fund provides them. 

This year Ive decided to continue our fundraising by hosting a dinner dance on Saturday 22nd September. This was a sell out instantly which we are so grateful for. We would love to try and raise as much money for this great cause, so any donations are greatly appreciated. 

Isabelle may potentially need further surgery and has ongoing follow ups with the cardiologists. She has been a little fighter during the first 18 months of her life she has no idea how incredibly proud of her we all are. 

The congenital heart surgery unit at Leeds provides care and support to all cardiac children in our area. 

By giving something back to the wonderful hospital that's given so much to Isabelle and all the other children is only a minor part to play on our behalfs.
