So myself, my mum Bev and younger brother Dylan have decided we are going to loose 10 stone between us for July we have joined slimming world and total fitness and have decided setting a  target to raise some money for a local children's charity to make it more appealing, any support and love from friends and family is very much appreciated. Before and after pictures and weight loss updates will be via Facebook so everyone can keep up to date. Time to smash it :) !! 

update : Our Target was 10 stone to loose between us by the end of July, we have already lost 8 and a half stone since end of Jan between us so only 1 stone 7lbs to go please help this amazing charity anything helps at all Thank you :D !!
