Story
Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for visiting my page. I am taking part in the Virgin London Marathon 2017 on the 23rd April for Epilepsy Research UK.
Your donation will go straight to the charity to help their research into the causes, treatments and prevention of epilepsy. For more information please click here - https://www.epilepsyresearch.org.uk/
I have chosen to run for this charity as my cousin Kirsty and her two Twinkle Twins tragically died on Christmas Eve last year. For those of you who don't know what happened, Kirsty had suffered with epilepsy for many years, unfortunately she had a seizure on Christmas Eve which she never came out of. Sadly the paramedics were unable to save her or her unborn twins. Kirsty was so beautiful and loved by everyone, she will be missed so much this Christmas and forever.
This is a big challenge for me, I have never ran a marathon before or any long distance. I have started training every day and although the early morning runs are tough this is for a fantastic cause.
Any donations will be much appreciated and will help to keep me going! Even the smallest donation could help prevent this from happening to someone else in the future.
Thank you so much for your support.
