Fundraising for Emmaus Transformation Trust/The Lighthouse
Story
Jigsaw is a charity in Woking which supports families with preschool children who find themselves in crisis . We are located in The Lighthouse, with other projects such as Foodbank, Esteem Ahead and Lumina.
The families who are referred to Jigsaw come because they are in a situation where they are experiencing either poverty, fleeing abusive situations, or seeking refuge.
We provide good quality pre-owned clothing, toys, and equipment to those that need it.
We are solely resourced through generous donations from families in the community who's children have outgrown their cloths, toys etc.
However, there are other items which we would like to fund, e.g new mattresses to go with the donated cots and moses baskets. We would also like to fund getting the well loved prams that are donated, rejuvenated so that they can be used again by our needy families
