I'm raising money for the Thames Valley Adventure Playground by becoming a Tough Mudder.

So at a glance I am going to be running about 12 miles, climbing 3 12 foot wooden walls, navigating a field of electric wires designed to shock cattle, taking a dip in sub zero water, running through fire and mud, and much much more!

I need to get fit they need lots of money to carry on supporting the thousands of children and adults with special needs who rely on them every year. So dig deep!
