I am taking part in the Outlaw Holkham Triathlon (1.2mile swim,/56mile bike/13.1miles run) in July and the Prudential Ride London 100 in August 2019..  

I watched the start of the Holkham Triathlon a few years ago and vowed I would complete it one day, this is the year for me to overcome my personal challenges to get to the start line.
