Thanks for clicking on my JustGiving page.
Those that have ever attempted to take me for a candle-lit dinner for two will know about my freaky fear of fire. It's getting better but I'm still a bit twitchy around anything that's more than 39 degrees.
So if nothing else, watching me attempt to 'firewalk' might prove entertaining. And I hope that's worth a quid. But if you also live locally and know of the work that St. Peters Hospice do to care for terminally ill patients - and provide support to their famillies, then I hope you'll also know that your money is going to a great cause.
St. Peter's Hospice cared for my Grandpa towards the end of his life when we were no longer able to make him comfortable at home. It's easy for me to join in the local 'St Peters lotto', to donate clothes I've grown out of, and pop a penny in the box, but I wanted to do something more. This is the scariest thing I could think of doing. I hope you think it's worth something.
For Grandpa. x x
