Last year my brother Stephen was taken from us by cancer. He was just shy of turning 63. My brother Tim and I ran the Bristol 10k last year along with Steve's daughter Florrie and Tim's son-in-law Rich to raise funds for Cancer Research.

During Steve's last days he was cared for by St. Margarets Hospice in Yeovil, Somerset. They made such a difference to everybody during those last few precious days - most especially Steve's wife Hilary and his children Florrie, Paddy and Edie.

So this year we are running the Bristol 10k again but in memory of dear Steve who is so missed by all of us. All funds raised will go to St. Margarets Hospice who rely entirely upon charitable donations.
