I have continued to be looked after by the marvellous staff. I  have since May '15 helped out at the Marsden as a Patient Colleague working with researchers on Project work helping to obtain funding for research projects (as Patient participation is very much a requirement). I have been able to see for myself where the Cancer Charity has made a difference to the lives of patients in the Marsden's care. This includes the provision of funding for major infrastructure projects including the new Maggie Centre, as well as the new Oak Cancer Centre. With the expansion of the Institute for Cancer Research (ICR) on the same site in Sutton, the prospects for patients in future will greatly improve.  Please support Serafina and I by giving what you can.
